About Saluki Master Swim club
The Saluki Masters Swim Club is a swim fitness program for adults interested in swimming for exercise. We offer
structured workouts along with coaching and camaraderie to help improve your stroke and develop strength, speed,
and endurance in your swimming. You determine your level of participation (coaching is provided for all levels of swimming).

Saluki Masters Swim Club is an official United States Masters Swimming affiliated club.
Affiliation
Our LMSC (Local Masters Swimming Committees) is Ozark (not Illinois), the club is St. Louis Areas Masters (SLAM), the workout group is Saluki Masters Swim Club (SALUK).
About the Coach
Coach Lily
Lily started as a substitute coach in the early 2020s for Saluki Masters. After rediscovering her love for the pool, she was honored to permanently step in to the role of coach. Lily started swimming competitively at the age of fourteen with the Brunswick Blue Devils in Ohio, and progressed both physically and mentally to Captain by 2008. She went on to compete at Eastern Michigan University and again honored as Captain her senior year. The lessons, both in body and mind, have shaped in her life beyond the pool and back to it again. Her coaching philosophy is Growth, Intensity, Fun, and Technique. Swimming is a GIFT!

Jane has been swimming with Saluki Masters Swim Club daily for 6 months. Her favorite stroke is breaststroke and she joined the club due to her love for swimming. Outside of the pool she is an IT Consultant specializing in database architecture and cloud implementation within the Healthcare industry.
